We have a highly developed
flexible packaging operation allowing us to fill
both re-sealable and non re-sealable pouches for
the food and drink industry.
Our ‘Gualapack’
filling line has 2 CHP single headed fillers and
1 CHP double headed filler which allows us to fill
up to 160 pouches per minute.
Our ‘Abtech’
four headed transverse filler gives us the capacity
to fill non re-sealable pouches at 80 packs per
minute.
In terms of processing equipment
we boast a process APV platepack pasteuriser for
processing fruit juice and a Jex scrape surface
tubular heat exchanger for processing more viscose
products.
This state of the art technology
means that we can work with our customers to produce
a broad spectrum of products from fruit drinks to
100% juice. We can fill products with varying levels
of viscosity like compotes, smoothies and coulis
products.
Our Soil Association accreditation
also permits us to develop and produce organic ranges
and we have worked with a number of organisations
in the development of sports drinks.
